Independent Study Active Learning Guide

Welcome to another Independent Study Active Learning (ISAL) tutorial; developed for students who enjoy self-pace, self-taught challenges. Students may engage in ISAL tutorials after completing the Computer Science core set of instruction for the day.  This allows for the advance and fast paced students to focus in a special interest area and not having to wait on a group. The teacher acts as a guide, while students take most of the responsibility to learn on their own.  ISAL subject matters are those of which the instructor has expertise of at least intermediate level.  ISAL currently at RMA are:

o      Graphic Editing
  Microsoft Draw
  Microsoft Photo Editor
  Paint Shop Pro
  Flash Animation

o      Programming
