Art Medians  

I create my art in a variety of ways to communicate how I view life. I strongly believe through experimentation the artist grows. I am motivated to continually create pieces that are new to the eyes of the world. I integrate various medians, styles, movements, theories and techniques into two and three-dimensional pieces that are a reflection of me. This is a pillar concept in my teaching.

My favorite medians are:

1. Textiles-punch rugs, hook rugs, weaving and batik.
2. Painting-watercolor, encaustic (wax), acrylic, oil ad mixed media.
